    You review the quote, design details, payment requirements and estimated timeline.

    Once everything is approved, your project enters production and is prepared for pickup or shipping.

BEFORE WE START

Pricing

Every project is priced according to the product, quantity, artwork, production method, finishing and deadline. Submitting the form does not lock in a price.

Design Work

Simple adjustments may be included depending on the project. New logos, illustrations, complicated recreations and extensive revisions may require a separate design fee.

Deposits and Payment

Custom projects require payment or an approved deposit before production begins. The exact requirement will be included with your quote.

Turnaround Time

Production time begins after payment, artwork and all project details are approved. Rush service is not guaranteed and may include additional fees.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customer-supplied garments or products must be approved before production. KTSC is not responsible for normal risks associated with decorating customer-supplied items unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes after approval may affect pricing and completion dates. Custom orders that have entered production may not be canceled or refunded.

Pickup and Shipping

Orders can be picked up at the KTSC Clubhouse. Shipping is available for selected projects and is charged separately unless included in the quote.
